My First Fashion Post

Its my first fashion post…whoop whoop…don’t worry I will get better with linking properly and doing what those blogger girls be doing…lol…I am still trying to get a hang of this blogging thing…it may seem easy but learning this site is a whole institution on its own….Anyhoo, lets get down to today’s fashion…I recall seeing this pink skirt/pant suit set by the Brand Label https://www.thebrand-label.com/ on Instagram last year. I had booked a gig to host a Female Empowerment event and I figured that a pink skirt/pant suit made the most sense. Sadly they were completely sold out on the set and I had to find something else to wear for my event. I was so bummed. Luckily they restocked it again but they did not have my size. So I sized up to a large (I normally wear medium) and took the set to a tailor down the street from my home to have it refitted. Tailors in America will humble you…the cost of alterations was the cost of the suit itself…lol…I did not mind though. I loved the suit that much. I ended up wearing it to host a wedding. I paired it with my Hermes Kelly Clutch purse which I purchased from Fashionphile and a pair of Jimmy Choo sandals. Enjoy the pictures.
