An Atlanta Film Premiere

I was recently chosen to host my very first Film Premiere of a film titled “In the Stillness”. As a Compere/Emcee, I love conquering new opportunities. I was so excited when the Film Director Naira contacted me to host her Premiere. The room was filled with so many African American creatives majority of which were female. I was so proud of every single one of the film makers. It was also a Film Festival so the audience got to view other short films. I wont lie I was nervous hosting this….weird because I am rarely nervous…could have been because its a first for me plus the audience was predominantly American which means “foneh” had to be lit….lol. Lets get into the FASHIONNNN!!!!

In choosing a look, I went for this gorgeous skirt by a clothing brand I love called Ade by Femi . I love her pieces because they are so vibrant and fashion forward. This skirt sparkled so well on stage. I combined it with this gorgeous green top from Shein. For shoes I went with my green Hangisi pumps by Manolo Blahnik (the Hangisis are my absolute favorite luxury shoes because they are super comfy…I have them in many colors). With so much green going on, I decided to tone it down with my silver Chanel classic bag sourced from Fashionphile.
